Shipping

We ship worldwide via established international couriers, excluding restricted jurisdictions (see Terms). Shipping method, cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for each order at the quotation stage, based on destination, weight and volume.

• Orders are dispatched from our warehouse after payment confirmation.
• Tracking details are provided once an order ships.
• Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

RMA required

Before returning any item, please contact us at info@unaprof.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without a pre-approved RMA may not be accepted.

Condition & packaging

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all documentation and accessories included. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the package.

Return window

Returns should reach us within the period stated on the RMA. Please retain proof of shipment.
