These terms govern the supply of products by UnaProf Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in Hong Kong (CR No. 79134246), to business customers ("you"). By placing an order you accept these terms.
Prices are provided by quotation and are valid for the period stated. Unless agreed otherwise, prices are exclusive of shipping, customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
An order is confirmed once we accept it and issue an invoice. We may decline or cancel an order where products are unavailable or where supply would breach applicable law or sanctions.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before dispatch. Title to the goods passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery to the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control. See Shipping & Returns.
Returns follow our RMA process. Warranty coverage is set out on our Warranty page.
We do not supply to sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions or parties. Orders that would breach applicable export-control or sanctions rules will not be fulfilled.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
