We stand behind the quality of the products we supply.
Coverage
- Genuine (OEM) parts carry the original manufacturer's warranty.
- Compatible parts supplied by UnaProf carry our own quality warranty.
- Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, normal wear of
consumables, or use outside the manufacturer's specifications.
Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact info@unaprof.com with
your order reference and a description of the issue. Approved claims follow the
RMA return process.
Exact warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer. The applicable term is confirmed
with your quotation or on request.
